疑難排解和解除安裝

診斷常見的 Z Understand 和 Refactor 問題，並在需要時永久移除工作負載。

疑難排解

Z Understand Pod 未執行

檢查 Pod 狀態：

 
oc get pods -n <instance-namespace> \
  -l app=ibm-bobz-understand

檢視 Pod 日誌：

 
oc logs -n <instance-namespace> \
  -l app=ibm-bobz-understand

檢查自訂資源狀態：

 
oc get bob <cr-name> \
  -n <instance-namespace> \
  -o jsonpath='{.status.understand.status}'

狀態持續顯示 ReconcileError

Operator 會自動重試協調程序，bobctl 也會持續輪詢狀態更新。如果狀態持續存在，請監控 Operator 日誌：

 
oc logs \
  -n <operator-namespace> \
  deploy/ibm-bob-operator -f

Secret 建立或自訂資源更新失敗

確認必要的權限已正確設定，且叢集可正常存取：

 
oc auth can-i create secret -n <instance-namespace>

oc get bob -n <instance-namespace>

oc get pods -n <operator-namespace> \
  -l app=ibm-bob-operator

解除安裝

僅當您要永久移除 Z Understand 和 Refactor 時，才使用解除安裝程序。
警告：

解除安裝將移除所有工作負載資料和設定。此操作無法復原。

停用工作負載會保留所有現有資料和設定。相反地，uninstall 指令會永久移除所有持久性磁碟區，讓工作負載可以從乾淨狀態重新安裝。

透過更新 config.yaml 停用工作負載：

bob:
  understand:
    enabled: false

套用變更：

./bobctl configure

執行解除安裝指令：

./bobctl understand uninstall
旗標描述
--yes略過確認提示。適合腳本化或自動化部署。
--no-wait更新 CR 後立即結束，不等待 Operator 完成。
--dry-run顯示將執行的操作，但不套用任何變更。

重新安裝

解除安裝程序完成後，您可以重新安裝 Z Understand 和 Refactor 工作負載，作為全新部署。

在 config.yaml 中啟用工作負載：

bob:
  understand:
    enabled: true

套用設定：

./bobctl configure

重新執行設定：

./bobctl understand setup --config setup.json
